the baking soda helps to add air to the batter via chemical reaction and the baking powder via heat… so as it sits in your fridge the co2 from the baking soda escapes and you get flatter pancakes. If you don’t mind that, then rock on! 🤷♂️

I have this and all the dry ingredients go to the bottom and do not shake up! If you use an electric mixer in the bottle, sometimes it will mix thoroughly. But then the batter accumulates in the bottle and doesn’t all squeeze out. So you have a ton of leftover batter and a big mess to clean out of the bottle.

That does look handy. But why are we making something as basic as pancakes so complicated and stressful. And how often are you making them that you need a special solution to store and wash. There are bigger stressors than pancakes.
