Florida girlie here - be wary of power lines that close to your house and above ground power lines in general. When a hurricane comes, those can get knocked out quickly, and if a wire falls on your house, it can cause a fire. ❤

I know the street you’re on. To me, it’s priced too high. Kitchen is dated. The lot across the street I wouldn’t love. And I don’t like the wires being above ground.

I love it. Yes it is an older house but they can be the best ones. Bigger lot size and sometimes they been remodeled. Best one so far
