There is everything wrong with “getting rid” of a pet….but there’s nothing wrong with giving up a pet for specific reasons like medical reasons or homelessness(although homeless people can be amazing owners). Don’t own pets if you can’t be responsible.

I would never. I don’t know people’s circumstances, but I even see homeless people with dogs taken care of better than themselves. I could NEVER abandon my fur baby!!! The sadness in their eyes KILLS ME!!! 😩
