Expensive. more you go through the process the more fees.They are really transparent about a lot of things. A lot of pros/Cons. not all bad but, insanely expensive. they gate keep a lot of donors. experienced ageist comments in the zoom call. I have a youthful face. dressed business casual with makeup. explained multiple times that I’m almost 30. Stated I was to start conception at 30. Talked about having two different full medical careers in my life and not a student. After all the comments about age being over 18 I couldn’t take the meeting seriously anymore and never followed through with seed scout.

Now I’m all for using known donors in order for the child to have a relationship with him in the future, but y’all have got to get on board with why this is suddenly coming up during a conservative Christo-fascist regime. Plenty of donor conceived and adopted people are well adjusted without a relationship with biological parents from the start.

honestly, as someone who watched your couple on YouTube, this sounds just like the caption "paid sponsorship". as someone who is in a true lesbian marriage, like myself, with donor children, everything you are talking about is absolutely unrealistic.

You get to pick them and find out after you spend tons of money that they’re infertile, genetically incompatible, etc. We thought it was the best thing since sliced bread too. Not always the case.
