Can you use extreme lengths shampoo and abc conditioner together? I some breakage from bleach and just want to maintain a healthy blonde and just wondering are these okay to use together for awhile before u move onto somthint on the hydrating side because I felt abc range on its ok was making my hair feel dry a bit after a few days

I’m 46 going through the menopause and I stop dying my hair 3 years age. Grey is coming nice but I still have a lot of dark at the back of my head so started having a few highlights though the back. I wash my hair twice a week, which shampoo, conditioner and heat protection do you recommend please x

My hair feels dry after washing, but also gets oily really quick like after 2-3 days, the amount of hair that comes out after washing and brushing is unreal, 😔 do you think any of you shampoos will help? also too add i dont dye it and only wash maybe 2 times a week x

Oily roots, really tangled ends when washing, colour treated hair (full root cover for greys and blonde highlights). Hair fall is a lot at the moment and is coming out at root. Want to cleanse my roots, moisturise my ends and maintain my colour. Thanks
