I live in oregon. my friends girlfriend worked in a restaurant where her manager was taking all her tips. when my friend told me about this practice I printed out Oregon law for her. she confronted her manager with all the paperwork and told them that he was doing something very illegal. he ended up having to pay back the tips to who they rightfully belong to.
