Girlies with PCOS, chronic fatigue, anxiety and depression: you don’t have a problem, you’re not lazy, it’s okay not to be able to have discipline or be consistent because your body or mind are fighting against you, and going through the day as it is is already enough. It doesn’t mean that it will always be like that, but if it is for now, you’re okay! Nothing’s wrong. Also, laziness doesn’t exist! There’s always an issue that can explain not being able to do things ☺
