Keeping packets of food in lidded boxes is SUCH a good idea. I keep all of my stuff in airtight containers ever since we had a mite infestation 😭 they were so small that it was impossible to see until they spread throughout the entire kitchen. I had to throw everything away and clean the empty kitchen daily with vinegar and tea tree, run a dehumidifier and wait for months until they were all gone 🥺 they came from one infested item that was at the back of a cupboard. if that item had been in a sealed container then it would have stopped the spread.

I think mine came on 2 weeks ago. It's basically just set at a certain temperature on the thermostat, as soon as the temperature drops it kicks in.
