Reverse Dead Bugs with Weights • Start in tabletop, hands under shoulders, knees under hips. • Hold light weights, extend opposite arm and leg. • Bring elbow toward opposite knee under your body, then extend again. 2. Toe Taps (Knees Lifted) • From tabletop, lift knees a few inches off the ground. • Slowly tap one foot back to the mat, then return to hover. • Alternate legs, keeping core tight. 3. Donkey Kicks • Stay in tabletop, core braced. • Lift one leg, bent at 90°, pressing heel toward the ceiling. • Lower with control, then repeat on the other side. #Fitness #workoutturtorial #homeworkout #yogaflow
