@truegreta: Replying to @markeita.barnette it doesn’t surprise me that some people believe dry brushing is a waste of time. If that’s what you believe, don’t do it. Personally, I think there is so much bias and agenda, especially in western medicine, and I prefer to try things out for myself before I blindly believe what I’m told from a system that is designed to profit off of my blind compliance.
