I may be wrong but I’m pretty sure what you’re experiencing is called “exploding head syndrome”, its names a little dramatic but I have the same thing, I’m not sure the cause but it’s normally right before transitioning into sleep, people hear all sorts of loud noises, I recommend looking it up!

I did advice like I genuinely don't know why a voice in my head decides what I should do but whenever I listen stuff always goes good,but also it like predicts stuff sometimes,it's never wrong when it dose tho.its kinda scary but nice✌
