the best before adding any filling you need to set the first chocolate shell in the mold set firts then you will get better results in removing the filled chocolate bar

I think if the wafers were just centered and they wernt broken up down the sides you could have capsulsted the syrup better and if the chocolate was spread on the edges of the mold not just the bottom in the beginning
