@jordansarakinis: EASY & HEALTHY FALL RECIPE!!🍂Pumpkin Muffins🎃these are protein packed and such a good snack to prep for the week and grab on the go or to have as a sweet treat for dessert! Ingredients: * 1 cup canned pumpkin * ⅔ cup honey * ¼ cup @OIKOS vanilla Greek yogurt * ¼ cup avocado oil * 1 egg * 2 tsp vanilla extract * 2 cups rolled oats * 1 tbsp cinnamon * ½ tsp baking soda * 1 tsp baking powder * ¼ tsp salt Optional frosting: 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt 2 tbsp maple syrup 1 tbsp pumpkin Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350°F and spray a muffin tin with @Chosen Foods avocado oil 2. Blend oats to a flour texture 3. In a large bowl, whisk the oat flor with the rest of the ingredients 4. Divide batter evenly into muffin cups 6. Bake for about 14 minutes if using mini muffins or until a toothpick comes out clean. 7. Cool for 5 minutes, then transfer to a rack For the frosting: Mix ingredients and add to a ziplock bag. Cut the corner to drizzle over the muffins 8. Serve or store in an airtight container.
