I had a posterior tongue tie and got it released—but i definitely need more body work. 😭 I’d love more videos. I’m tired of having pain. I did expanders before the release but still struggle with lots of narrowing. I’ve been using a flat mouth guard at night which is helping.

I was extremely tongue tied and had a procedure done when I turned 21 and it barely did anything 😂

Yall also please keep in mind that adhd and autism can have comorbidities with EDS and/or pots which often causes a lot of this musculoskeletal pain and tension

I didn't know a tongue tie could cause other issues. I've felt that I had a slight tongue tie since I was a child and kinda always intended to have a doctor fix it someday. dam you adhd I'm 44 and still haven't gotten around d to doing that. I have every symptom you mentioned.
