I had once a group of Indians and Norwegian staying at our hotel for a university conference and each one of them couldn't open the door of their room constantly . These people were in their 60s how do they not know to open a door💀

When the AC failed in my hotel in at least 200/300 rooms and guests asked me every night to send someone to fix it and I had to explain, me, definitely not maintenance, looking at the AC panel going “beep boop beep” knowing the actual AC company had to come out and fix the entire system. In 30+ degree London summertime heat. The lobby was also easily 40 degrees with condensers and fans on full blast 😭😭😭🙈. We survived 🤣
