I think the liner sitting recessed in the bore instead of on the deck is what made that motor so bad about walking the liners around

Might be something wrong with everyone I’ve seen. But the motors are very loud. Gear train rattles/noise. Makes everyone look at them funny

I have always had CATS my first X15 2018 670,000 on it now no issue not even a leak or using any oil. I do oil changes every 10,000 or 12,000. Valves are adjusted once a year no matter milage.But could you tell me what is that racket of a noises in the front on the drivers side. sounds like a baby rattle-er.Just sounds as if its coming apart?.but it always been like that.

Oil leaks at front and rear structures. Alot of work for a gasket thats less than $100 and lasts 5 years

They run so hot all the time. The engine fan is always running even after pulling the cooling package out and completely cleaning it

Cam lobes always intake. On the 2250 and up till X15. Intake rocker over center.

Because of lack of oil maintenance, needs 2 oil filters , keep running into low oil pressure problems, that turn out to be plugged oil filters .

996 K on mine. ALL Original inside & out. Still no Blow by. Going to have to reseal front Structure in next week or 2 though.

dropping liners is that due to the single cylinder head were the old K19 Cummins had a cylinder head for each cylinder and they didn't drop liners
