I mean, technically you’re correct, but I feel like most people don’t know that champagne is from a certain region, just like indigo is related to India and turquoise related to Turkey. Describing FantasyEquivalentOfChampagne or FantasyEquivalentOfTurquoise at length might actually take some people out of your work more than just using the word might. Not everyone overthinks like we do.

there is a natural way to create carbonation. I can't remember what it's called. something bug. the fizz is not as sharp as CO2, but still very much there. I'd have to ask my husband if I wanted exacts, as he's made it before.
