Tasha, life isn't perfect indeed. It doesn't matter that I think but I'll tell you anyway. Your hair looks lovely, you look beautiful, your skin is glowing and you seem very sweet. Can I recommend listening to relaxing music and closing your eyes when anxious? Try Ludivico Einaudi - Islands compilation. I do this and it helps me.
