Singapore has so many millionaires because all the five-room HDB apartments owners hold assets of more than $1 million dollars. The percentage of billionaires is neglible if you look from this angle.

Sad to say it will be a matter of times we will have to stay in Malaysia-JB or other states to survive longer when we retire from work. CPF and RA may not be sufficient for survival here. 1 of the passive income we can utilise is to rent out our HDB, use this income to rent a place in JB/ others states. Medical and Insurance will go up every year regardless of market conditions.🤣
