You don’t have to cut off all your hair because of postpartum shedding. The hair that’s coming out now are actually strands that should have shed months ago, but didn’t because of pregnancy hormones. It’s completely normal. Just keep taking your iron tablets and try protective hairstyles .that really helped me too

Don’t cut it, just put it in mini braids or mini twist. Do the LOC/LCO moisturizing routine twice a week & keep taking ur Prenatals
