here's the thing though, normally people move on if they can't move up. I've been with my job a year and haven't gotten a promotion. it takes time. I once worked at a job for three years and they had me basically running the place with no promotion, a 27 cent raise after two years, and the expectations of me doing what I did for that company. I could have sued that one but I decided to move on. they threatened me about getting my diploma, they had me doing almost everything, I even determined who got hired at a point for a while. but to only be working for a month, that's nothing.
