there was a competition several years ago by a UK council to name their new path/road salters. can't remember the other but one of them was "gritsy-bitsy- teeny-weeny-yellow-anti-slip-machiney"

Sometimes I just log onto Traffic Scotland’s site, in winter, to laugh at the ridiculous names of the gritters. It’s one of life’s few pleasures 💀
