Mortgage advisor here 🙋♀️please see a mortgage advisor that doesn’t work for a bank to get your agreement in principle, as there are other banks out there that do this and based your situation you may find the same thing but massively cheaper elsewhere! As a mortgage advisor myself I can search multiple lenders for the right deal, whereas an advisor for skipton will only be able to recommend skipton for you. We call them “restricted market advisors”

We got ours on a 0% deposit! It made what we thought was impossible possible 😭 I’ll never forget the shock and disbelief when they told us we’d been approved! Such a brilliant scheme

We also did the same! We pay £550 a month for our home🫶🏼 our landlords were angels and never put our rent up over £650, but that meant we couldn’t borrow as much. But our house was 100,000 so we’re all good🥰🥰

this is just me & my partner. Been living in my current home for 15 years with the same landlord. Never missed a payment but trying to save for a deposit is just impossible with the price of everything. Thank you x

Tbf it’s not just saving the deposit it’s saving enough to offer over home report, we offered £20k over home report and still got beaten at closing date, the housing market is crazy😩
