A very small additional advice for that: last time me and my friends made such project , as you exactly mentioned we have the same subsystems except we have designed our own microcontroller PCB ( not a good idea😂) ; when you make your coding on whatever board say Arduino , raspberry, or STM ; try to include a very strong accurate PID( proportional integral derivative) control algorithm so that it ensures your drone stability ; getting continuous feedback from your sensors( IMU, gyro or whatever) that measures angular rotation of propellers , current drawn to all different subsystems you are using and so on ; if you don’t have idea about PID SEARCH about it in details not that hard but in many cases you can just get some made codes for it but it really makes a difference in the stability of your drone especially if you have a payload like a camera and you def want good Field of view 💙💙
