@mmvmuzic: FL Studio's mixer fader by default is set to 'Post Effects' (and you cannot change it!). This means that the level of mixer fader applies after all Effect Plugins. In order to gain stage correctly and enter your plugins with appropriate level, use 1 of 3 available 'input gain' options within FL Studio OR use utility gain plugins in your mixer chain ✅ #flstudio #flstudioproducer #flstudiogang #flstudiotutorial #producertok
modern VSTs uses 32 or even 64bit float nowadays, so depending what it goes through, it's not always a big deal. and you forgot about EDM producers that like to clip everything lol

Thank you for this, but what if you use fruity balance to control the volume? Is that input volume or output? It does come before fader doesn’t it so I would assume that it’s input
