Hear me out, as someone who frequents DC regularly…. Homeless people do be on some shit sometimes 🤣 BUT you just gotta keep walking… We were in DC this week with our two toddlers and infant for a few days (got home yesterday) and walked around everywhere and never had an issue. Even if the man did say it, it didn’t need to be what it was turned into.
