What if Mr. Cho couldn’t afford to hire a lawyer, then the justice system would have made the charges stick leaving Mr. Cho with an unjustified criminal history for crimes he didn’t commit. Mr. Cho ended up paying for a Lawyer and court cost for no crime. This is the American Justice System
