You could eat papaya seeds, a tablespoon a couple days that’s a natural way that won’t really make you too sick. You can eat pumpkin seeds. Also, you can drink clove tea, but you got a protect your microbial.God bless

I am so glad that I ran into you saying this I have IBS constipation constantly half it takes pills to make me go to the bathroom drink a powder to loosen things up still softeners so this is a good thing for me to get my stools regulated before I try this cause I didn’t want to just go right into it.
