since no body in comments able to explain, so here: Halal meat means meat that follows very strict cleanliness and ethical standards. It starts from choosing a healthy animal, then the method of slaughtering it musts be kind and quick and finally cleaning and preparing it carefully. Every step must be monitored, which is why getting a halal certificate is hard. Some research also suggests it can be healthier, because the method drains most of the blood, which reduces harmful bacteria.
