Does weaving in your ends work for super wash? I usually don’t use super wash but got a sweater quantity and didn’t even think about how that might not work for it 😅

Kind of off topic…..I sm knitting a hat in the round that has colorwork letters. After each row of the words is a main color row in between. Do I needs to catch floats through this entire row? Or can I simply bring the contrast color “up the side” to next row where I will use it? Thank you!

I add the new yarn, but float it for a few stitches before switching to the new yarn. Still trying new ways.
