I treat my scalp and thoroughly wash my hair the day before I go to the hairdresser…otherwise the psoriasis would burn when the colour is put on.

I’ve gone from medium to short hair and cannot manage it. Hair has a mind of its own. I’ve fried the ends trying to straighten it but don’t want to cut any more length off. Would a keratin treatment help the condition and keep it straight? 🙏🏼😭

From one stylist to another. Thank you thank you thank you. Yes. Grease and product on hair acts as a barrier. Stop colour working to its most potential and if white hair you need all the help u can get to get good coverage.

Why do I shed more after a colour? I’m a big shedder anyway always have.. think it’s being Italian all my friends and family shed so much more.. but was just wondering?

I ask my clients to wash there hair with a clarifying shampoo or fairy liquid before there colour appointment. better coverage and lasts longer .
