@nywolforg: Did you know that wild Red Wolves can trace back to the WCC? Seen in this video are Thicket (M1804) and Moose (M1803), the first Red Wolf pups born here in 2010. Thicket’s journey was remarkable, from the WCC to the wilds of St. Vincent National Wildlife Refuge, where he found a mate and raised pups of his own. 🌿🐾 Though Thicket passed away in 2019, his legacy lives on through his wild-born grandchildren, a rare and powerful reminder of what’s possible for Red Wolf recovery.
