The HR at the company I work for are amazing, I will never go to my manager if I have an issue, straight to HR so they are aware of what goes on in my unit

Yep...those surveys...I filled in one knowing it's not annonymous and let them know what really thought honestly because it's annonymous....and yes it gave them the the poops big time.!

An honest perspective. :
There is no departments more full of S than HR. I lost out on a huge job fresh out of college in my early 20’s because the HR interviewer was dressed very suggestively shall we say. I was a shoe in for that job.
