I used Hertz once and had to wait in line for over an hour when none of the other car rental companies had lines. And then they gave us a car with the check engine light on making an awful noise. Never again.

I’m glad you’re finding laughter in this🫶🏻 I had a problem with hertz and it was a shitshow. They tried to give us a car with check engine light on and no other cars for rental.

Yup they are the worst!! I was charged for an extra day when I showed but 30 mins before they closed cause THEY had already closed down their computers for the day! 🤦🏽♀

This would be my Seinfeld moment. I'm letting the credit card company sort it out after 15 minutes of trying and getting a car from a place next door. . . . but after the 'condition tunnel' Hertz started using, then following up with an email basically saying they are letting you off the hook without charging you more, because their system couldn't find any damage, I won't be renting from Hertz anymore.
