People. This is how long it takes to do an investigation. He’s not leaving the country anytime soon. You cannot arrest someone based on circumstantial evidence. Arrests and investigations do not happen as fast as they do on TV. This is normal. They have to go through all the evidence taken from his house, forensics on the body and his devices, recovery. C’mon. This is real life. Everyone knowing he did it is not enough to arrest. If they bungle a murder case that could mean he walks free. They take their time. Trust they know where he is. Trust there’s a lot going on behind the scenes. Police do not talk about active investigations if they do not need the public’s help to locate someone

it’s bc the LA prosecutors do NOT have a good track record with high profile, celebrity cases (e.g. Oj Simpson) they’re trying to build an air tight case before preceding with charges to try and ensure he is actually found guilty
