But when it comes to small sadaqah, Allah tells us that when you give, don’t even let your left hand know what your right hand has given. Meaning — keep it private, don’t overthink, and leave the reward with Allah. So even if someone turns out not to be genuine, your intention and your giving are still accepted with Allah, insha’Allah.
