@caitlynskitchen: Hash Brown Casserole Ingredients: 32 ounces frozen shredded hash browns ½ cup melted butter 1 can (10.5 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup 16 ounces sour cream ½ cup chopped onion 2 cups shredded Colby cheese 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (for topping) ½ teaspoon salt ¼ teaspoon black pepper Directions: Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13 dish. Mix hash browns, butter, cream of chicken, sour cream, onion, Colby cheese, salt & pepper. Spread in dish, top with cheddar. Bake 50 min until bubbly.
