If you visit San Antonio visit mom and son’s bakery. It’s a Puerto Rican bakery in San Antonio and it’s super gooood!!!!!! My dad is from Puerto Rico and lived there till he was 26 and he loves the bakery

I almost cried when I tasted the quesitos. Tasted like home. It had been years since I had any. It’s pricey but you’re getting top quality.

Their quesitos are the best we’ve had in Texas. And their pastelillos de gustaba are great. Yuuuummm!!! Can’t say anything about the rest cause when we visited they were out of pan sobao and they didn’t have enough personnel so everything took forever. We had to wait a long time for just 2 quesitos & 2 pastelillos de guayaba which is ridiculous when you can simply put them in a box while you’re taking the order. We’ll wait for a while to go back to see if they get more personnel or faster service. It’s just that they’re new, people have been looking for something like this for a while so they’re having tons of customers which it’s obviously great but not when you have to wait so long. The ladies at the front are super nice and the quality is good so I’m sure they’ll get better about that in no time!
