I’ve been doing reta for 4 months and I have PCOS, for the first time in my life (including while I took mounjaro) I have had 3 normal cycles. Mounjaro got them down to 10 days long of a heavy period which was still better than 6 weeks that I had prior to taking that. This medication has been LIFE changing for me and I’m down to a 5-7 day cycle that is medium flow (which I’ve NEVER had). Couldn’t recommend it enough.

I can’t believe that small of a dose would do much. I started at 2.5 mg and didn’t do much for me yet, even still tapering off T along with it. I’m very insulin resistant, so maybe that’s why?
