I played a lot of sports and I never understood “warming up” like what do you mean you can’t just go from 0-100 whenever you want? Also rolled ankles, why is everyone out 6 weeks for “rolling their ankle” I roll it 3-4 times a week it’s no big deal…. Ahhh 😮😬😳 it all makes sense now

long before I knew I was hyper mobile I went to a chiropractor after a car accident, he had me do #2 to stretch my lower back. He was standing behind me, and I spun around and made eye contact. he went VERY pale. He thought I broke my spine.
