NM tech here! hepatobiliary iminodiacetic acid HIDA. If the GB doesn’t show after 4 hours =Acute. If it does show after 4 hours= chronic.Also if the pts bilirubin is over 5, some times the isotope cannot absorb into the GB. Thank you for your videos!
