I don't bite my nails I tear my cuticles. when I was a teenager it was much worse I would tear the skin all the way around nail down to the knuckle, sometimes the nail would end up just falling off, so yeah this might help.

I just ordered one. I didn’t realize pain was the common denominator of all my coping mechanisms. Even if it was just squeezing my muscles super tight. Hopefully this helps. I think it will.
