@r.rraim: For a long time, I believed productivity meant squeezing as much work as possible into every single day—pushing myself until burnout. If I wasn’t completely drained by the end of the night, I thought I hadn’t done enough. Looking back, I almost feel sorry for the way I used to treat my body. What really happens after burnout? How does your body feel once it finally crashes? Can you honestly expect to perform at the same level the next day—or even the next week? These are the questions I ask myself now. I don’t believe that mental health and productivity have to cancel each other out. To me, it just means finding a new way to work—one that allows me to stay productive while still protecting my well-being. So I made a promise to myself: before I turn 22, I will prioritize my mental health. And if sharing that can inspire even one other young adult to do the same, then I know it’s worth it. #productivity #youngadult #lawstudent #MentalHealth #MentalHealthAwareness
omg YES! so tired of being burnt out. in my experience its a trial and error in feeling your way through your needs and choosing to prioritize them (idk what im doing)
