Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, Parmesan, almond flour, grated zucchini, carrots, spinach, eggs, garlic, salt, black pepper, and Italian herbs. Mix until well combined. 3. Transfer mixture to a lined or greased baking dish or a loaf pan. Shape into a loaf if not using a pan. 4. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
