Hell no it’s not fair. He was trying to help. Had he done nothing she would have surely died. He at least slowed her fall enough to give her a chance. Lord bless that man. He’s already traumatized by her death and probably blames himself. That’s enough punishment. This world has lost its way.

That man is not at fault at all. You should’ve never let that baby on the balcony in the first place. It’s things like this that make people NOT want to help anyone out with anything. This is exactly why people walk past things and pretend they don’t hear or see anything. Because they’re just gonna get sued if anything goes wrong, and don’t wanna risk it. That man did no wrong and it isn’t his fault you couldn’t watch your own baby.

that's one of the most insane thing I have ever heard. she should be thanking him for trying to save her. Because if hadn't try to catch her you probably would have reported her missing Because you wouldn't been able to find her in the house because you wasn't watching your child. she's at fault.
