🙄🙄🙄 at the end of the day, if it’s in their training and employee handbook to say the full name then they are legally binded to do so under company policies! Refusing to do so is insubordination and shows 0% customer service! It’s Starbucks, the customer is always right! You ain’t a fine dining chain so your customers practically own you!
