the warping and cracking is a result of uneven drying. You can see when you de-molded one how one side had white spots and the molded side was still dark. You need to slow down the drying of the exposed side. This won't help durability but will address the bowing issue.

Cover it whit plastic for a longer dry time maybe ? and cover it from the sun. the strength will be higher after 30 days frist. I have been told that wire whit mask can make it pull 🤷♂ hope you find the right recipe 🤝😎🔥

use sodium silicate to densify the casting , it will help with cracking and warping along with aiding in its impact resistance.

Soak the panel in a tank of water as they cure for about 7 days. Keep the water around 75°. It should help. They might float with the foam, so you might have to weigh them down.

1- replacement 10% of cement with silica fume or another pozolan to decrease the plastic and dry shrinkage 2 - add at least 20% flller ingredients same as lime stone powder or wind sand 3- use more fiber 4- HPMC is useful for provide viscosity and curing (0.5 - 1 gram per 1 kg cement is enough) .....

Try a small gauge wire mesh to give it some strength and also to cure concrete properly so it can become full strength you have to keep it moist and covered for a few days
