So training every 4 days is fine ? I was trying to train upper body 3x a week and lower 3x with one rest day and it only been a week or two but it’s becoming so exhaustingggg. I was thinking to switch and do Upper 2x and lower 2 times and just get my steps everyday and have the other days as active recovery except one full recovery
