I started getting heart palpitations. I got checked out and they said smoking was the cause. I got more test done and it was just a deficiency in magnesium and potassium. I’m on vitamins and they stopped. I will never stop smoking it’s what keeps me chill

Y’all should read the side affects and warning labels on the depression meds better yet any meds they prescribe for any illness or ailment. All meds/drugs are to be taken at your own risk and make sure you all are fully aware of the risks you are assuming when you do. I think that’s the bigger point of her video and the information she is sharing
