Honestly really disappointed with Aura Skypool. With everything happening in the Middle East right now, many of us couldn't travel to Dubai, yet they've refused to refund bookings. It's pretty shocking to see a place like this keep people's money when the situation was completely out of our control and now offering free places to other customers knowing they will spend money when there. If you're planning to visit, I'd strongly recommend not paying upfront. Wait until you're actually in Dubai before booking, because if your plans change or flights are disrupted, you may not see your money again. Really disappointing behaviour from a venue that markets itself as luxury. Do the right thing and refund those who have already paid you for something they haven't received before giving their payed spot to others.
